CODE OF CONDUCT

The directors of Johansen Executive Coaching are members of the International Coaching Federation, "ICF", the world's premier professional coaching body. As members we agree to abide by the Federation's Ethical Guidelines as set out at http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/For+Current+Members/Ethical+Guidelines/

The ICF have established the benchmark for professional accreditation standards for coaching and offer 3 levels of accreditation based on number of training and coaching hours, plus examinations.

• Associate Certified Coach
• Professional Certified Coach
• Master Certified Coach

We are also affiliate members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development "CIPD" and have attended their highly regarded Coaching at Work Conference. The CIPD have researched guidelines for the supervision of coaching, which we have adopted as best practice.


As a relatively new profession, there are a number of other different regulatory bodies with varying regulatory standards. Johansen Executive Coaching will remain abreast of developments in the industry and ensure our own continuing professional development is commensurate with market best practice.
