OUR CLIENTS

The Coaches at Johansen Executive Coaching have in excess of 4000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience. With our Associate Coaches having many more hours between them gained in their other businesses and projects.

This section of the website gives an overview of the type of clients that we typically work with and the services offered. Going forward it is our intention to continue to service our European and Scandinavian client base, whilst at the same time expand our business in Guernsey.

We believe that Johansen Executive Coaching is in a unique position to offer coaching services to local businesses, as we combine both our substantial international coaching experience with our experience as senior executives in Guernsey. Our aim is to support locally based executives and their organisations to create profound change as they deal with the challenges of full employment, business expansion, outsourcing and the implications of the global economic slowdown.
