Johansen Executive Coaching have been offering one-to-one coaching since 1997, during that time we have coached many senior executives from diverse fields including retail, energy, pharmaceuticals, health services, politics as well as the financial services industry. We have also coached a number of entrepreneurs both through the start up phase and sale of their businesses. As well as coaching individuals through various life transitions from taking that first step up the corporate ladder to steering a course into retirement. Many clients come to coaching due to a particular life event, but then find the structure and process helpful in attaining other personal or corporate goals.

We have been offering team coaching services since 2000, usually as part of a wider coaching intervention. We have coached teams dealing with many different scenarios including growth, organisational restructure, expansion, conflict, which have resulted in improved team cohesion and alignment. We are also now combining team coaching with the World Café process which is a dynamic way to create new ideas and stimulate employee engagement.

Over the last year we have adopted the Team Diagnostic tool and are now building case studies, which graphically chart the progress of the team over the period of the intervention.

Johansen Executive Coaching have been delivering bespoke workshops since 2000 on a wide range of coaching related topics, we have had particular success with our Coaching Skills for Managers programme.

In conjunction with our strategic business partners we have also undertaken other organisational transformation projects, as part of wider change management initiatives.
