GROUP FACILITATION
At Johansen Executive Coaching we organise, design and facilitate results orientated, multi-stakeholder group conversations, helping stakeholders to act together across their differences to address their most vital and complex challenges.
The Coaches act as facilitators utilising methodologies developed by the pioneers in the field of social technology*, helping groups from 12 to 1000+ to create change for individuals, leaders and organisations through meaningful conversations. Conversations that build stronger networks, increase contribution and engagement at all levels and enable decisions to be based on collective clarity. As shared understanding and meaning increases so do the possibilities for change and wiser collective actions.
Large group processes are hosted from the premise that the wisdom to solve the problem is already within the system and will emerge by supporting people to hold the perspective of positive possibility.
