EXECUTIVE COACHING

Coaching inspires people to realise their full potential, by partnering them in a thought provoking and creative process. Coaching is a tool for those who want to learn, develop and grow; for those of us who wish to make the most of ourselves and our lives.

As part of our Executive Coaching service, we offer a number of coaching packages to meet general and specific business needs: -

Executive Coaching
Our core service - coaching executives in all areas of their business and personal lives as defined by them and sometimes their organisations. Whilst all contracts are renewable quarterly, relationships take time to deepen and typical durations for the coaching relationship are from 9 months to a number of years.

New Leaders Intensive
A six month programme, designed for new or soon to be leaders focussed on the people management aspects of leadership. In particular we look at how to make the transition from hands-on technician to achieving success through managing others.

Senior Executive Induction
An intensive three month programme designed to accompany an experienced executive’s first 100 days in a new role/organisation. This programme is highly effective in helping incoming top team members integrate quickly and effectively into the business.

Critical Event Coaching
A rapid response programme to assist in the face of a critical event. In this short term programme we help deconstruct the critical event to gain new insights and learning, it may then be appropriate to engage in a longer period of coaching.

Business Relationship Coaching
A short term programme taking a relationship coaching approach, where both parties are coached together on a mutual hot topic. Again it may be appropriate to then engage in a longer period of individual coaching for one or both of the parties.

Interview Coaching
A single session mock interview with feedback to help candidates prepare for that all important interview. The cost of this session can be deducted if the client decides to sign up for a longer term coaching programme.
